Microsoft Update Issue


We strongly recommend you back up your Pattern Master Data on a regular basis.  You can back up to a location on your computer.  Putting data on a flash drive or in the cloud is also a good idea.

Recently there has been a problem  with the Microsoft security updates removing desk top data, causing programs not to open, or creating printing issues.

This is not something we can control.

If your Pattern Master program will not open you will need to go to Systems and uninstall the program.  Then download a fresh setup file and install the program.  Your original program key should work since you are on the same computer.
