Program Owner Responsibilites
Programs on CD1 - Store your original Program CD's in a safe place. For Upgrade programs you need to save the previous CD's also.
2 - The serial numbers for CD's is either on the Manual if the program came with one or in the DVD Case. If you have an older program that does not have activation we do not know your serial number.
3 - For programs that require activation keep the information you received with the License ID and password. When needing assistance with activation we need the License ID number to locate your records. Do not keep this on your computer. Print out the information so you will have it if your computer crashes.
4 - Keep your purchase information in a safe place in case you need it. When asking for assistance we need to know the name and email address you used when you registered or activated the program.
Download Programs1 - Print a copy your original purchase order. When asking for assistance we need to know the name and email address you used when you purchased and activated the program.
2 - Print a copy of the program download information. You will need this if you need to download your program again.
3 - Print a copy of the License ID and Password. When needing assistance with activation we need the License ID to locate your records.
Measurements Charts1 - Back up the measurements charts in your program going to
File - Backup Charts. You should backup to a disk, CD or other external drive so it is separate from your computer if you should have a crash.
2 - Print copies of all measurement charts and keep in a safe place.
