Run-Time error 438, "object doesn't support this property or method".
This message can appear when going to Print.
Run your Program Update again. That will clear the error.
Another program has interferred with the program print set up routine.
The Program Update link is on the Welcome Screen of your program.
Lines Missing from Pattern
The patterns print in color and black. If you are not getting all the lines check your print cartridge. If there is ink, run the clean routine on your printer.

You can click all to black at the top of the print screen to print in black if your color cartridge is empty.
