Installing for the first time.
Installing on Vista 64 or window 7Installing from CDPut the CD into the CD Drive. The program will start to install. Follow any directions on the screen. When finished remove the CD from the drive. The program serial number is inside the DVD Case.
Click on Icon on desktop to open the program. The activation screen if show. If you are connected to the Internet click yes and fill out the information and submit it. Be sure to
turn off all mail filters before requesting your license. Within minutes you will receive your license code. Enter the code and password you set into the boxes and unlock the program.
Keep a copy of your license information.
If you do not get your license check your spam folder. If you are not able to find the e-mail with your license please write to
support@wildginger.com for assistance. Be sure to include your full name.
After activation, click on Program Updates on the Welcome Screen of your program to get the latest update for your program. Go to
Program Update Information.
Installing as a DownloadDownload the program from the link on your purchase receipt. Click on the setup files to start the install. Follow the directions on the screen.
Download and install the movies. During the install a Browse box will come up. To the left of the Browse box it says PM. Click on Browse. Browse to your Pattern Master Folder and double click. A box will appear showing the files in the Pattern Master folder. Click OK. To the left of the Browse box you will see your Pattern Master folder (example PMBoutique3).

Installing on a new computer
You must install the program on the new computer. You cannot use a hotlink system to move your program. It will not work properly.
Upgrade to Version 3 CDDo not install Version 2.
Start with your V3 Upgrade CD. When asked put the V2 CD into the CD Drive. Follow the instuctions to verify and finish the V3 install. The serial number is on the manual.
Update your program from the Welcome Screen.
Go to
Program Update information.
Download and install the Help files and Tutorials from the Update Page. During the install a Browse box will come up. To the left of the Browse box it says PM. Click on Browse. Browse to your Pattern Master Folder and double click. A box will appear showing the files in the Pattern Master folder. Click OK. To the left of the Browse box you will see your Pattern Master folder (example PMBoutique3).
Pattern Master Version 3 DownloadDownload the program using the information sent to you when you purchased the program. If you saved the setup file to CD you may use it to install the program.
If you do not have your information go to the Wild Ginger store and sign in to obtain your order information.
Verify how to do this.Install the program and activate using your original license ID and password.

Install your program.
The serial number is on the manual if the program came with one. If your prgram came in a DVD case the serial number is inside the DVD case.

Before moving to your new computer open your program. Click on File - lock. Send the lock information to
support@wildginger.com along with your name and license number.
For a computer crash that does not allow you to generate the lock code, please contact us at
support@wildginger.com with your license number.
Install your program. Activate using the license and password. If you are not able to activate write to
support@wildginger.com giving your name and license number.
After the program activates update from the Welcome screen of your program.
Go to
Program Update Information.
