Run Time Error ‘3265’ Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.
In PatternMaster v.3, this error message occurs when the date at the top of the Pattern Master screen is October 2006. It may also occur if you have an older version of the program and install the latest update.
Update your program. Select Program Update from the Welcome Screen of your Pattern Master program. The date at the top of the screen will change to the current update. The final update for PatternMaster v.3 is July 2007. If you continue to receive this message after updating to the July 2007, please contact technical assistance.
