Error Code: -2147467259 Description: Could not find file. Source: Microsoft JET Database Engine
- This error indicates the program cannot find the database that holds your measurements charts.
- If you use different log in's for your computer make sure you are loged in using the same name you used to install your program.
- If the program has been running correctly and you get this error, you may have installed another program that is preventing the program from opening an Access Database.
- First check to see that your database file is in the correct location.
For PatternMaster v.3, check the following
Boutique - PMBCharts.mdb in the PMBoutique3 folder
Celebrations - PMCLCharts.mdb in the PMCelebrations3 folder
Child's Play - PMCPCharts.mdb in the PMChildsPlay3 folder
Curves - PMCVCharts.mdb in the PMCurves3 folder

For PatternMaster v.4, check the following
Boutique - PMB4Charts.mdb in the PMBoutique4\Databases folder
Celebrations - PMCL4Charts.mdb in the PMCelebrations4\Databases folder

- If the database file is in the correct location, do a Windows Rollback, if possible to restore your system.
- If you have just done a disk clean using a clean up program it may have removed your database or corrupted your database. Replace the database with a previous back up of the database. Remove "_backup" from the name.
- Locate the back up file in Windows Explorer where ever you have saved it.
- Right mouse click on the file name in Windows Explorer and select Rename. Change the name to match the one shown above for your specific PatternMaster v.3 program.
- Remove _Backup from the file name
