A Camp Shirt is standard blouse with a convertible collar. I cut off the top part that would have been covered up by the back yoke and extended the center back by one inch. That gave me a one-half inch pleat on each side.
These are wearable tests for a couple of silk camp shirts.

Your test shirts are lovely. I am always impressed by perfectly matched floral prints.

Back View
Marilyn printed her blouse selecting the square yoke. She did not use the front yoke. The back yoke was used.
Measure the yoke depth, minus the seam allowance and mark on the full back pattern.

Printed Pattern
Add 1 inch to the back width for a 1/2 inch pleat. Because the back is level this can be added at the center back. The pleats may then be placed as desired.

Add to the center back for pleat

Add seam allowance
Add a seam allowance to the top edge.
The back yoke and pleat my be done in Pattern Editor.
Mark the yoke Depth.
Separate the yoke and the lower shirt back.
Add 1 inch to the lower back for the pleat.
Add seam allowance to the yoke and lower back.

Creating the back in Pattern Editor
This is a standard Camp Shirt.
Remember to consider what settings might be best for you. It may be done with a fitted side seam and 0 darts which would still give a casual look, but fit better if there is more than two inches difference between your bust and hip. The straight side seam drafts to the largest circumference.
This could also be done with a side bust dart for a fuller bust.
The yoke can also be drafted keeping the shoulder dart.
