software products to determine if they suit your needs and computer expertise. ime period, you must lock the program, record
the deactivation code that will be generated, and return
the CD and the deactivation code within the time period
specified below. Your purchase price in U.S. dollars
will be promptly refunded with no questions asked.
If the program has been unlocked on two computers, both computers must be deactivated and the deactivation codes provided to
Wild Ginger Software, Inc. within the guarantee time period.
Shipping and handling costs,
customs and brokerage fees, and return postage are not
refundable.
CDs purchased directly from Wild Ginger Software, Inc. should be returned to the address posted on our
Contact Us web page.
CDs purchased through our resellers should be returned to the reseller within the time period specified below.
All CDs should be sent Return Receipt Requested and insured for the value of your
purchase. No refund will be given if we do not receive the program CD and the deactivation code. For Cameo
purchases, you must also return the Cameo User's Guide in its' original condition.
Absolutely no refunds will be given without proof of product deactivation.
Electronic Delivery
For electronic delivery
purchases, you will be required to lock the program on
the Product Activation screen to generate a deactivation
code. You must then provide the deactivation
code to us via telephone or email within the time period
specified below to obtain your refund.
