Hi, I was wondering if anyone remembers how to print out the summary sheet on a pattern piece? I remember doing this back in Version 3 (I've been away from PMB for a while, just now getting back to it). I seem to remember it was a copy/paste function, but I'll be darned if I can figure out how to do it. Thanks.

In v.3 and v.4 (I don't know about v.5, haven't worked with it enough) open the pattern in PE. Now open the style sheet or summary on the same page ('merge' the two). Draw a selection box around the style info.--it will be much smaller than the pattern pieces--while highlighted hit 'group', select the grouped wording and hit 'copy'. Make 1 copy or more if you wish. Now place them on your pattern pieces by dragging the cursor to the spot and clicking. Once the copy/wording is grouped you can move it wherever you wish.

I think the style summary works differently in v.5 and is much longer including measurements. Someone else will have to help with that...

In v5 PE just click TE to place and then in that dialogue box, chose IMPORT>SUMMARIES , which gives access to style sheets. I edit out the pics and tighten up the text so it takes less room, hit APPLY. All done.

Thanks so much for posting this. I've just followed your instructions and it works like a treat!! If your text is too big, is it possible to go back and edit or is the easiest thing to delete and repeat with a smaller font?

You can change font in the PE Text box.

Thank you for all the replies. This function is handy, and I was afraid it wasn't available in V5. So happy it is!
