I just want to print my measurement chart in V5.

The column with the measurement names doesn't line up with the actual measurement in print preview.

I have a Canon Pixma IP 4200.

Does this mean I have to download a new driver? Not really sure how to do that but I could try.

Wait. I have a work-around.

I had the problem when using the "PRINT" tab but was able to print using the "FILE" tab and notepad.

How should the "PRINT" tab be used then?

Click on File - middle of tool bar, copy and paste into word.

I just printed directly from the notepad.

What is the PRINT tab for?

The Print button is for printing the chart. I don't know why the items are not lining up. They do on my screen. You can also print from the File button.

My print preview is also not aligned properly.  I would rather not post my measurements so I will send a screen shot to you by private message.

I sent Karen my chart (copied and pasted into Word) on Nov. 2nd. It was not aligned correctly either.

If you chart items are not aligned correctly when you press the Print button, then use the File button instead to print. It opens in Notepad and you can edit, if desired, and then print.
