I've started my own album, and posted the first picture. My SWAP plan is to convert my many yards of fabric in to a new wardrobe, using designs in PMB. As I get each new outfit completed I'll post pictures. I welcome your comments, critiques, suggestions-is it a flattering style, color, do I need to tweak the pattern for a better fit, etc
It's going to be an interesting adventure!

Well, I finally got my first outfit planned and partially cut. I'm making a midrif style dress, short sleeve, jewel neckline, slight A-line skirt with a coordinating shawl collar jacket. Both pieces will be made from a soft suedecloth I've had for years. The dress is a deep mauve solid, the jacket is a floral print. I've posted a picture of the fabrics in my album. I'll post a picture of the finished outfit, hopefully soon! Outfit one and counting!

mid-state a bit north of you. We're in Bloomington, at least until I can retire! Then we plan to move back down to Alton area.
DH and I both ended up here by accident. We both went to Il State and just never left. He's from Alton, I'm from Ottawa. We've never quite figured out how two people who were raised in river towns and love the river ended up in the middle of corn and bean fields! There's not a hill or burm to be seen within 50 miles of this boring flat corn/bean country!
