How do you move the side seam in the waist to back the front a little bigger but not change the size of the darts?

In fitting the dress sloper in the sleeve lines that is drawn for balance, do the lines have a look of level on the bodice to the arm. In the video picture facing the mirror for example they look level on Karen. But side view the lines are not level to the balance line of the bodice
I tried mine sloper on my balance line do not look level, bodice to sleeve like Karens in video.
Just curious to know if this makes any difference.
I know I am having to move side seam towards bust because it is a little to far back.
And side seam needs to move back so it looks straight from underarm.

Moving the side arm point does not change the torso darts. This may need to be the only change needed.

If you move the waist or hip point it changes the torso darts.

Not everyone has the sleeve lines exactly level. The shape of the arm can come into play. Do make sure the shoulder width is correct. You can send your pictures to support@wildginger.com and we can take a look.
