Subject: update acting differently

I updated and installed this afternoon. After the installation, every time I clicked on any file, my Avast Antivirus analyzed it all over again. I closed the program, then when I tried to restart it, I got an error message. Didn't jot it down, but it was one of those paragraph ones. Not necessarily asking what to do, but just thought I'd mention it. I am using a year old computer with Windows 7. I think I will just remove the update for now.

My bad. I didn't take the time to restart the computer after installing. I did so and now it looks OK>
