I don't know how many of us are located here, the devestation is impossible to describe. The center of the storm passed just to the north of Norman moving northeast. I-35 is still moving very very slowly, Donn says about 10 mph through Moore --but the highway patrol is managing to move it along---there are few ways to travel around the area since the length of the ground covered by the tornado it's self, crosses almost every major roadway between here and the city. Farm land all around.
My three grandchildren living in Moore were outside the actual swath and not harmed, just very freightened. Broken car windows from flying debris.

Well we are still here! Lots of high wind and rain. Hail. But no major damage right where we are. One son and daughter and their newest grandchild sheltered with me in our basement. Donn was at the theatre and stayed there. The center of the storm that came south off of I-240, passed to the east and moved 20miles to Noble where it took out the upstairs windows of my Granddaughter's home. But noone was harmed. Those in Edmond, Newcastle, and Moore are all safe.

Surely this will be over soon,

Coopie
