Just finished a floor pad quilt for my new GS, Harvey.  He was born on Tuesday.

I used Anita Goodesign for the quilting.  (mix & Match Quilting).  The Pooh designs are Brother.  The balloons, bear with balloons and Bee are Embroidery Library.

Not sure I'm a quilter, but I liked the way it looks - especially if you don't look too close.  Not state fair quality.

Had problems with the backing.  It was suggested doing Stitch in the ditch, but the stitches on the back was uneven.  I pretty much put on the back foundation piecing.  Put down the folded fabric and then did the stitch in the ditch.  Folded over the fabric and the seam was there but stitches inside.  A friend that quilts thought it was a bit wacky - but I like the way it looks.

It is a bit soon, but I wishes to you and your family Happy Hollidays.
