i had the pleasure of making a commissioned 1920s gown for a dear friend. Her grandson was getting married and they had a 1920s theme wedding. We took our inspiration from Katherine Jenkins beautiful 20s style gown from last season's Dancing with the Stars.

I think we did a pretty good job of capturing the overall feel of the dress but making it appropriate for a Grandmother of the groom

Thanks ladies! JeanK - I know it would have meant the world to me if my grandma had done something like this. She was very hesitant at the beginning, but by the end she really got in to it. Her husband said she got compliments all night long :-) Glad I was able to help her have such a wonderful experience.
