I am sewing a jumper for myself, the pattern does not show armhole facings, why?

If you are using the jumper style in dresses, it looks to me like the armhole finish pattern piece is for a bias binding. If you prefer a facing, it's easy to draft it from the garment front and back pattern pieces.

Thank you, I was thinking about bias tape, should it be double fold?

Yes, I would make it double fold for stability. I make sleeveless armhole finishes from the same fabric as the garment body or the same weight and laundering compatibility if I want to use it as a design feature.
