I made this as a wearable muslin to try out the pattern. I'm not entirely happy with it, but now I know what I need to do for the next one.

I'm posting the vintage pattern that I used for inspiration and then the dress. The pattern was created entirely with PMB except for a portion of the pleat

Unfortunately, I don't have that trim wasp shape!!

Thank you!

I like the styling of vintage patterns but I don't want the garment to look outdated.

Actually the cuffs bother me. I didn't draft them correctly. They're too full and stand away from the sleeve too much. I might remove them and just hem the sleeves.

I'm happy to say that I successfully added an elbow dart into the sleeve and it is very comfortable.
