I have my fit garment in Wild Ginger since 2010. (Thank you, Karen!) I've made several patterns since then, based on those measurements, and have had pretty good success with fitting.

I haven't made a garment in a couple years, but I fired up my software. I want to make a knit "sloper". I figured I'd start with my fit garment, reduce ease to 0 and grade from there. However, I'm confused. See the attached.

Why is the front of my fit garment so much shorter in the bodice than the blouse pattern with 0 ease? I realize that with a very full bust (I have an I-cup), my front would be longer. However, I thought that was accounted for in the fit garment.

I'm confused, and it's been a long time since I did all my original work in Wild Ginger. Help!

There is a differences in the side bust dart. This affects the front length. Please send your database to support@wildginger.com. Tell me the name of the chart and the saved style.
