I'd like more information on drafting and perfecting a bra over in Curves. It would be nice to be able to replicate different bra styles instead of only having the basic style available....how would one accomplish this? How do the different optional measurements in Curves relate to the draft?
Just an idea for those of us that are crazy!
Thanks.

I' like more information on drafting lining patterns from the WG Patterns in general. For example, considerations for ease in linings.

I second the idea of more info on bra making as well as more of the options in Curves for creating other underwear garments, and 'athleisure' wear.

Yes, I agree....I've already proclaimed 2016 as the year I'm going to conquer making athletic wear and I'd like to use my Curves program....it's the one program I have hardly used. Sewing knits beyond making basic tees/turtlenecks is so different it seems than darted, woven fabric. Athletic wear now seems to be so much more present and designer like, so I've purchased some fabric but could use some inspiration and knowledge in using it. I hadn't heard the athleisure term, but I think it sums up the trends and I think that is what Curves is supposed to do.

I will think on a bra drafting class. Techniques are a bit trickier but possible.

Here are a variety of styles I think different than what is currently available...some sports bras for the heavily endowed, bras with side support, different number of pieced cups and cup seam placements.

Here are two Wacoal bras I particularly like: underwire, seamless cups.

I don't believe seamless cups are doable because they make them with cup molding equipment at the factory.....but they are lovely!

Paint is still in Windows 10. Click on Start and go to All Apps. Scroll all the way down to Windows Accessories and you should see it there.

I'm a veritable novice with respect to the mechanics/engineering of bras but it appears (at least on the surface) that the multiple seaming of the lower cup could offer a lot of possible uplift for lower breast tissue, especially for pendulous breasts.  It seems like the bottom bra cup could really be tightened up with this approach.  Anyone with more bra savvy than me please chime in if my 'logical' assumption is off the wall.
