I found this free download and thought I'd share. I had to break the pdf into sections because the file was too large (33 pdf pages). Sorry about that

That was a cool site back when, think some of it may be on the internet archive:

I remember when the Center for Pattern Design folks offered Pepin's Modern Pattern Design as a softcover spiral bound reprint. Bought it in a heartbeat even though one of my more expensive books. Guess it was a one shot since I've not seen it on their book list since.

Sometime back I found the entire Pepin book for a free download. I keep it in iBooks so can refer to it from any device. It is a huge file and my ISP won't handle it. If interested Google Modern Pattern Design free and see what you get. Collars is just one chapter.
